Nothing is Off Limits!

Pull up a chair, grab your fave drink, and get ready for the ultimate (virtual) girls night out. I love a night out on the town. Even for us ladies who are most comfortable in jeans and a tshirt who doesn’t love to get dressed up and feel super sexy, and head out for a great night? I’m not going to lie…I’m a sucker for “Sex & the City” (I know, I know). Depending on my mood, I want to be all the characters at different times, or take a bit of each of the characters at the same time. I found what was happening on TV happening in real life. I was meeting people when I went out, yep even getting dates from those meetings. But the dates were…eh…far from exceptional. The best thing about most of them was that they made super funny horror stories to tell my gf’s while we chatted while getting ready to go out on the town again. I wanted to meet people I clicked with, not just people who had the ability to take me out on a date. Any of this sounding familiar? I thought–maybe–online dating would offer a solution. And in the end, it did! I am living proof that online dating success stories are not an urban legend. How do I know? Because I am one! I met my fiance through an online dating site. I can feel you wanting to run. Hang in there…I’m not writing to tell you marriage is going to be the best thing in the world, or I owe it all to online dating sites. I’ll save you the long stories and drama, but I had to work my butt off to figure out online dating sites! Men are a mystery all to themselves, but online dating sites are a world all to themselves. After making a lot of mistakes, and stumbles I finally started learning what worked on the sites, how to get attention (from the people I wanted to attract), how to weed through the fakes/flakes/scams, and all sorts of other fun stuff. The best present someone could have given me would have been an actual how to with online dating tips (a real one, not something people offer just so they can sell you something else). So, having been through it myself and with lots of girlfriends still travelling the crazy journeys of online dating I want to share what I learned along the way (so you don’t have to take the time to make the same mistakes I did ~smile~). You can even drag your guy friends along, if they’re wondering what in the world makes us tick (we’re the sane ones…they’re the complicated ones! ).
